In January 2025, Christopher and his father, Chris Sr. purchased Certified Indoor Air from Randy Gandara as Randy became the head of U.S. operations for our trusted pruduct company Goldmorr. Christopher has worked in the restoration field with his father's general contracting company, Zemar Construction, since 2017, it was there were he would become a Goldmorr Technician in 2023.

Jose has been with Certified Indoor Air since the company's founding in 2005, helping Randy build his trusted brand. With over 20 years of experience in mold remediation, indoor air quality, and water mitigation, Jose has become Goldmorr's most experienced technician, serving as an on-site trainer for Goldmorr here in the Pacific Northwest.

Company History
Certified Indoor Air was founded in 2005 by David Quinn and his son-in-law Randy Gandara, born from a shared vision to provide honest, high-quality restoration services to residents across Western Washington. With David’s extensive background in the building trades and Randy’s clean-room industry expertise, the company quickly became known for its hands-on service and trustworthy results. In its early years, Certified offered full-service restoration—but by 2017, following David’s retirement, the company made a strategic shift to focus solely on remediation and indoor air quality work.
This refined direction aligned with Randy’s growing role in the Goldmorr System, an innovative Australian-based line of remediation products. After earning his Master Technician certification in 2011, Randy became Goldmorr’s sole U.S. distributor and one of only two certified national trainers. His leadership helped establish Certified Indoor Air as a pioneer in fast, effective remediation using Goldmorr’s advanced techniques—allowing the company to stand out not just for its local roots, but for its cutting-edge capabilities. Today, that foundation continues to support the company’s evolution under new ownership, with the same commitment to quality and community.
